Follow Friday and Hop

It's  Friday (almost) which means it's time to visit new blogs and meet new bloggers. The Blogger Hop is hosted by Jennifer at Crazy For Books.
This weeks question: What is the one bookish thing you would love to have-no matter the cost?My answer will be close to Jennifer's. I'd like my own library. A room with floor to ceiling bookcases-all wood. A huge fireplace and cozy furniture-perfect places to snuggle up and read.

Friday Follow is hosted by Parajunkee' View. This week's featured blog is

This week's question: If you have, or would have a daughter. What Book would you want your daughter to read?

This is a fabulous question: I loved "The Bat in Bunkhouse Five" by Paula Danzinger, that would be an older favourite. My new favourite..."Dear George Clooney, Please Marry My Mom" by Susin Nielson. The list could go on & on...I'd say the Twilight series but I'm not sure I want to share Edward.

Have a great weekend! I love your comments and emails...keep them comin'

  1. I have a feeling that this is something that all of us bookish types long for. My husband and I have discussed it and we are going to find a way to make it happen. It probably won't be soon, but it will happen.

    Happy Hopping!

  2. I wonder if my kid would like the Twilight books. I wonder if they'll still be appealing in 15 years or so when I have a kid old enough for them. I'd think that I'd still love them but I wonder if they'd carry to the next generation.

I'm here for the blog hop and Follow Friday! I just love these. Answer for the Hop is an IPad or Kindle. Answer for the Follow Friday is: The books I would chose would be Dr. Suess' when she was young then as she grew older I would definitely recommend the Nancy Drew and Trixie Beldon books! I loved them when I was young. Here my links and you can find me on facebook too!
